Prototyping
We are equipped with a state-of-the-art 3D printer that, in just 48 hours, allows each project to be made concrete. The realization of the prototypes, up to the actual production of the components, is entrusted to a team of specialized technicians.
Moulds and production
Thanks to well-established cooperation with a specialized workshop, we also make molds customized for our customers' projects. Our microinjection molding machines work with a range from 22 to 150 tons. The presses are robotic and fed with centralized transport system of dehumidified material for each individual machine. In the available fleet of machines, we also have a flexible electric press, which can ensure consistent quality and cleanliness with maximum efficiency. Smaller presses are equipped with inmould devices to allow parts to be mirrored directly into the mold. Some presses are equipped with automatic stamping, which allows for short cycles and high numbers of parts at the same time.
